This beautiful 12-unit brick complex is located 1 block from Knoy Hall at Purdue. Each unit offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and kitchen. Note: bathrooms in this facility have stool/shower separate with large area outside bath with dual-basin vanity & large mirror to enable others to get ready when stool or shower is in use.

Each unit also offers new carpet, balcony, heating and a/c, electric range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Beds and chests are furnished upon request.

Rooms are individually climate controlled and each bedroom has its own phone and cable outlet for added convenience. Internet accessibility, laundry facility, off street parking and carports are also available.
